I’m building the room I wish existed.

I speak at about 120 events a year. I meet remarkable people for forty five minutes at a time, sign a book, shake a hand, and fly home. Some of the best conversations of my life ended right when they were getting good.

So I'm doing something about it.

Eleven people. Two days. Great golf, great food, and the kind of conversation you cannot have from a stage or squeeze into a hotel lobby before a flight.

There is no curriculum. There are no name tags. There is no pitch waiting for you at the end. Just twelve of us around a table, most of us carrying something heavy, all of us building something real, and all of us better for the company.

    The easy hour. Drinks outside, no agenda, everyone learning each other's names for real.

    One long table. One question on it. This is where the two days actually start.

SEPTEMBER 2, 2026

THURSDAY

  • Faith, Family, and Business
    Three hours on the three things almost nobody gets to be fully honest about. We take them one at a time. I'll open each one and then get out of the way. What gets said here stays here, and I mean that as a rule, not a vibe.

  • The Ice House
    Slower and lighter. The real follow up conversations to the morning tend to happen right here.

  • Tee Times
    Golf on one of the best properties in the country. Groups get shuffled on purpose, so you finish the day with people you did not start it with.

  • Head Home
    Fly out that night with eleven new numbers in your phone and a shorter list of things you are carrying alone.

The Place

We could have done this anywhere. We are doing it here because the place does half the work.

Wide Texas sky. Championship golf. A resort built to make you want to stay outside and keep talking. And it sits about thirty minutes from DFW, which means you can land at noon and be in a chair with a drink in your hand before the day gets away from you.

What’s NOT Included:

Everything from the moment you pull up to the moment you leave is handled. You get on a plane. Ryan will take it from there.

eleven is not a Marketing Number.

It is the biggest table I have found where nobody hides. Add a few more chairs and someone goes quiet. Take a few away and it gets thin. Eleven of you and one of me is the size where every voice has to show up, and every voice actually gets heard.

Which also means that when a seat is gone, it's gone.
