Inside Sales Strategist
(TEXAS-BASED)
Help us book more events across Texas. This role is about building relationships with companies and venues that align with our mission and message. If you're a connector who knows how to follow up, follow through, and close with integrity, this could be a great fit.
Part-time contract
Deep familiarity with the Texas market
Sales or relationship development background preferred

Social Media and Brand Strategist
Our brand sits at the intersection of faith, leadership, and personal growth. We need a partner (individual or small team) who can lead our strategy and execution across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and X—with a deep understanding of how to speak to both faith-based and corporate audiences.
Experience managing thought leader brands across multiple platforms
Strong instincts for tone, timing, and content performance
Faith and leadership space fluency required
Strategy and analytics-minded with content creation chops
Product Specialist / Digital Content Developer
We’ve got a deep library of content across keynotes, workshops, books, and podcasts. Your role is to audit what we have, identify product opportunities, and help bring them to life—whether that’s courses, tools, downloads, or custom resources.
Background in course creation, digital products, or curriculum development
Ability to turn insights into offerings people actually want
Market-aware with a strong eye for structure and scalability
Bonus if you’ve worked with Kajabi, Thinkific, or Teachable
Research Assistant
We’re building a research division that powers our books, keynotes, and coaching with data-driven insights. This role will support everything from literature reviews to surveys to synthesizing findings into practical content. You’ll help shape the intellectual backbone of everything we create.
Experience with qualitative and quantitative research
Ability to summarize complex data into clear takeaways
Familiarity with leadership, workplace culture, and personal development topics
Bonus if you’ve worked on white papers, reports, or ghostwriting research-based content
