HEAD OF DIGITAL MOMENTUM
Seeking an innovative and results-driven marketer to lead and execute digital strategy across my brand and platforms. This leader will be pivotal in expanding impact in the faith and leadership space by driving measurable growth, deepening audience engagement, and creating a cohesive, high-performing digital brand. The right person for this role will have a bias toward action, testing new things, and optimizing for audience growth.
Core Responsibilities
Design and implement digital growth strategies across platforms, ensuring consistent, cohesive messaging and brand presence.
Take projects from start to finish—including strategy, writing, graphic creation, video editing, analytics, and reporting—with the ability to collaborate with contractors as needed.
Continually evaluate, refine, and evolve content using data-driven testing and creative experimentation to maximize reach and results.
NON-NEGOTIABLES
Can do their best work as both a strategist/visionary and creator/doer.
Ensures brand consistency and content cohesion across multiple digital channels (including but not limited to social media, web, and video).
Experience in the faith, leadership, and/or personal growth industry.
Track record of growing and engaging relevant audiences.
Highly teachable, entrepreneurial, proactive, and thrives working independently with minimal direction.
Excellent organizational skills: ability to implement structure, process, and consistency.
SUCCESS METRICS
New follower count growth across active platforms.
Increased engagement metrics for all published content.
Growth in website inquiries and speaking requests from digital channels.
